She works as an Asset Manager at Standard Chartered Bank.

Despite efforts toward gender equality, the industry remains male-dominated, with women facing barriers in career progression, remuneration, and overall participation. This study aims to identify the causes of gender imbalances, assess their impact on career outcomes, and propose strategies for reducing gender disparities. By combining qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, interviews, and case studies, the research investigates key factors such as socioeconomic influences, gender distribution in roles, and the impact of gender dynamics on career advancement. The study’s findings will inform policy development and contribute to fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment for women in the real estate sector.
