Research Summary
Sidibe’s research addresses the gap in understanding how the Integrative Pedagogical Approach (API) can improve science education in bilingual primary schools in Burkina Faso. Although the API integrates local languages and French to strengthen cultural identities and inclusivity, there is limited research on its impact on learning outcomes in this context. This study will evaluate how API-based evaluative practices in science education can enhance teaching and learning, making education more relevant and equitable for students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. By assessing the effectiveness of these practices, the research aims to improve educational quality and reduce inequalities, contributing to more inclusive and culturally relevant learning experiences.
